          Description

          When a user submits App in Appstore. Emails should be sent to admin and user.

          Send emails when the app is approved.

          Check it works properly on testappstore.bioviz.org or other Ubuntu/Apache deployment.

          Task:
          Send email to the user when the app is submitted.
