Description
Cytoscape App Store has version 2.0 and version 3.0 Apps. IGB does not have these versions – they are specific to Cytoscape.
Newly published Apps are being shown with a "3.0" badge.
Modify the code so that this badge is not longer shown.
Also, remove the image from the code base.
Note: since this is a pretty straightforward task, let's save it for Shamika or Noor for them to get started working with the App Store code base.

Reviewed the code changes. Instead of removing the code and the icon, what we could do is, we could simply comment the code out so that in future in case we need that functionality then could uncomment whenever it is needed.
If there are any alignment issues after commenting the code then we can easily fix them as well along with the change needed for the version 3 badge removal.

Functional testing has been done for the ticket. Even if we "has release" field is true in the database, it will not show the 3.0 badge icon because the code corresponding that functionality is now removed from the codebase.
