Description
- Create new repository for Merge Annotation Operator.
- Configure to allow compilation on your local
- Check that you are able to run it within the IGB platform
Once it is finished (to your satisfaction), request to transfer repository ownership to Loraine Lab team for next steps.
Note: Make sure that the build process generates a working bundle and also a working OBR index.
Created new repository for Merge Annotation Operator app. Successfully configured pom.xml to build locally and on EC2 instance. A .properties file is also generated which includes latest commit details. Tested the app in separate repository and compared its output with the one which has a parent reference. Both apps generate tracks which can be saved as BED files. Compared these files and found that they are identical. Now working on configuration of pipelines. Will test the app in the downloads after pipeline configuration too.
