                Checked in the changes for CAS login implementation.
                Steps for testing:
                1) Setup for Cyverse Django implementation. (Update the HTTPS and settings.py configuration)

                2) The access token is currently set in settings.py
                Check for the message in error log
                Access token updated in settings : AT-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
