            In the initial design, on the RIGHT-CLICK of a file row or CLICK of the 3-Dot button, the same menu element appears. The problem with that design was that the right-click menu should disappear if the user clicks anywhere else in the page, that includes the 3-Dot button. So clicking on the 3-Dot menu will not work because there is a conflict. Fixed it by making two different elements for both actions.
