Remove optionalPlugins modules from main IGB repository

          Description

          We have created new separate repositories for each of the optionalPlugin modules.

          Now we need to remove mention of them from the various pom.xml projects files.

          For this task, please edit the pom files to remove mention of the optionalPlugins. Also, remove the optionalPlugins code from the repository if not yet done.
