Refactor Existing code to accept accesstoken, settings from session redis data

          1) Modify the current code to accept the session data from redis.
          2) Change the Search API and remove the hard coded settings paths

                The login details are saved in cache and one reopening IGB-Cyverse page the user is automatically logged in bypassing the CAS login unless the user logs out. Therefore, moving to done status
