Sprint:Summer 2019 Sprint 12, Fall 2019 Sprint 1
Description
Sometimes tracks expand vertically and "crush" other tracks so that they are no longer visible. This happens when a user clicks "Load Data" and one or more of the tracks is configured with unlimited stack height. (This just means that all items are displayed no matter how many they are. If there are places with many overlapping items, then they all will be stacked on top of each other in the same horizontal location.)
Let's investigate modifying IGB so that no matter what is loaded, every track is tall enough to display at least one line of text in the track label.
See linked issue for hints on where to look first for a possible fix.

| Description |
Sometimes loading data causes a track to take up so much vertical space that the other tracks in the view become "crushed" so that they are almost invisible.
Let's investigate modifying IGB so that no matter what is loaded, every track is tall enough to display at least one line of text in the track label. See linked issue for hints on where to look first for a possible fix. |
