      Description

After testing the right-click menu on files, I found it odd that the right-click menu for folders was not similar (it shows the default browser right-click menu instead).

Task: Add a right-click menu and three dot menu for folders. Enable manage links for folders. Grey out and disable the analyse button.
Note: If a Folder is made public, then its sub files and sub folders are recursively made public.

      Edit:
I think we should enable the metadata button, and allow users to make comments on folders, but not set genome/foreground/background.
