Description
When a user submits a new App, site admin users get an email that looks like:
"The following app has been submitted:
ID: 40
Name: Merge Annotation Track Operator
Version: 9.1.0
Submitter: qwerty
"
Since we have more than one App Store instance (testappstore, alpha, and soon more) we need this email to indicate WHERE the App was submitted!
Please add this info to the email.
How about: A link to the Admin login page?

Noor Zahara, Sameer told me that it is merged onto the master and tested already. So, I moved it to done.
I dont think it has been merged to master.
You can check by checking out to master branch if my changes are being reflected.
Please deploy on an EC2 so that we can test it before merging.

[~aloraine] - I do not have a EC2 instance set up for me yet.
We could deploy it on prutha's EC2 for now till mine gets set up.
I'm working on setting it up for Sameer Shanbhag and Prutha Kulkarni now.
I ran into a snag with S3 and am trying to figure it out. It may not happen until tomorrow when I can ask Sai Charan Reddy Vallapureddy for some advice.

I deployed the change on my EC2 - dev-appstore-5.bioviz.org.
I submitted an App.
The email listed in CONTACT_EMAILS in settings.ini received an email with link to the server.
The expected behavior is observed and I am closing this issue.
