Provide URL of App repository on App page if not already added to IGB

          Description

          When a user visits an App page with IGB 9.1.0 or higher running on their desktop, the App page shows this message:

          "Please add the Repository OBR to IGB > Tools > Open App Manager > Manage Repositories > Add"

          However, this does not tell the user which URL to use. The user at this point is really stuck because they don't know what to enter into the box.

          To fix this, change the text of the message:

          "Before IGB can load Apps, add this App Store to IGB. Open the App Manager (Tools menu) and click Manage Repositories. Then click "Add" to add this URL: [insert URL of App store]."

                Code is fine. I have not tested the functionality. However, I think it is fine to merge it, as the changes are few.
                Noor Zahara - please rebase onto the latest master branch and submit a pull request.

                Noor Zahara, Whenever we open a particular IGB app page then we are shown a link if the app is not already installed.
                The functionality is working as expected. Moving the ticket to DONE.
