          Description

          Check that a new user can easily check out, build, and run FindJunctions.

          • Follow instructions on bitbucket to clone the repo onto local computer
          • Read the README or other documentation in tools/FindJunctions
          • Follow the instructions to build and run FindJunctions

          Note: I couldn't find instructions on how to run the software. Probably we need to add this. Look on wiki and SourceForge to find instructions. If none are available, look carefully at the code to determine parameters, arguments, command line syntax, etc.

          For your reference, here is a simple script Ann uses to run FindJunctions on the cluster:
