Include repository.xml in Get Average Score App

          Description

          Using Super Simple IGB App as a model, modify the POM to include repository.xml OBR index file in the jar file. Currently, Get Average Score App can't be submitted to App Store because it lacks this file.

          Also, ensure that MANIFEST headers needed by App Store are present.

          To test:

          1) Unpack the jar. Ensure that repository.xml is present.
          2) Submit the App using a "dev" app store.

                1) Tried to unpack the jar and checked if repository.xml is present.
                2) Tried to submit the app in dev app store.
                Everything is working fine.
                Moving it to Done.
