Logo is present, closing issue.

Note: We need to make sure to update the logo, preferably to something specific to either BioViz or the IGB-CyVerse project. Clicking the logo will need to link to the BioViz.org/cyverse page - which is not yet a page, but will eventually be the page that links from bioviz.org to IGB-CyVerse.
