          When adding documentation:

-Pick a location in Wiki, make page, but make it HIDDEN!!! (make sure everybody can edit)
-Make sure there is not already a "dummy page" that exists for the issue.

*Be sure to include images and explain well. (Use Microsoft Manual of Style for writing help).

I reviewed the page an added comments. Also I changed the title - new link is https://wiki.transvar.org/display/igbman/Customize+annotation+colors+using+Color+By

          To-do:

Make graphics for the page as described in my notes. For this, you need to review wiki page explaining how to do this:

All revisions have now been made as requested. Let me know if anything else requires revision.

Also, there was a comment that asked if the final note on the bottom of the Wiki page was necessary. After discussing with David, I believe that the message, or at least a similar message, is necessary. Population of the Attributes Menu is currently file format driven rather than data driven. This means that some attributes are included in the attributes menu even when that attribute doesn't exist in the file. Coloring by this attribute does not cause any change and no pop-up message arises so that the user knows that no change took place. This could be a source of confusion/frustration for the user.

I believe this behavior should be modified in the near future, but until then I think it may be appropriate to incorporate this note into the user's guide page.
