      Description

When an admin user approves the release of a new App bundle release, App Store now copies over data from the highest available release for that App.

In addition to copying information, we should also copy the previously provided logo file, if available. App Store should look at the next highest release to determine if there is an App logo file. If there is one, it should be copied to the new release directory location in S3 (or /media if running locally) and renamed according to convention:

Convention is: logo file names look like [Bundle-SymbolicName]-[Bundle-Version].[ext] where "ext" can be whatever the user has provided. Note we do not currently check the format - we leave it up to the user to be smart enough to upload an image file that can be rendered in a web browser.
