Add bioviz.org/cyverse page

          Description

          Situation: We need an intermediate page (bioviz.org/cyverse) that informs the user what BioViz-CyVerse is and has a button linking to the BioViz-CyVerse page (currently using nowlan.bioviz.org).

          Task: Use the already existing https://test.bioviz.org/cyverse.html page as a template for bioviz.org/cyverse, but change the button to link to nowlan.bioviz.org. Add a CyVerse Data button in the navbar that links to bioviz.org/cyverse Then issue a pull request from your fork to the master branch.

              I followed the above workflow and was able to see data files for IGB in the google-drive inspired UI.

              To test:

              • Visit: https://bioviz.org/cyverse.html
              • Confirm that you can log in to your CyVerse account
              • Confirm that the redirect URI goes somewhere you can access CyVerse data.

              Tested on Philip's EC2.

              CyVerse Data link is hidden.

              CyVerse page links to nowlan.bioviz.org.

              Recommend pull request.

              I have a request:

              Can you comment the "CyVerse Data link" in menu.html so that it will not be visible by default?
              When we deploy for testing, we can just make a local edit to remove the comment.
              And when we release, we can do the same, but commit the change to master.
