Fix Update App button on Appstore

          Description

          Currently, we are comparing App Version (In IGB) and the latest version (on Appstore) to check if the app is compatible or not/

          But due to the change we missed setting a flag to check the status of the Request and in the request status is 'TO_UPDATE' we should show the update option.

              Testing Steps:
              1. Upload an app to Appstore
              2. Install that app in IGB
              3. Upload an updated version of the app compatible with IGB
              4. Check if the App Manager in IGB Shows the Update Button
              5. Refresh the Appstore app page and check if the Appstore shows the Update this app button

              Check If the Update Button appears both in IGB and Appstore.
