Remove Tableview from development Apps repository

          Description

          There is no code in the tableview repository - just a jar file.

          I unpacked the jar file and learned it does not contain any .java files. It also appears to use java 1.6 and may not be compatible with IGB.

          For this task, remove the TableView folder from the repository the development plugins repository.

          Also, add .gitignore to tell git what to ignore.
