I had a doubt regarding this ticket.
I see that the category drop down does show all the categories and is scrollable. I wanted to know the changes required.
Tested on dev-appstore2.

I have attached the new design for category feature. This supports autocomplete as well.
Kindly let me know if this is fine.

Can you describe the user experience flow, e.g., what a user does and what happens when they click on things in the UI?

Flow -
User chooses to associate a category with their app.
User Clicks on input html tag which lists all the available categories.
User starts typing in the input tag, autocomplete list of categories which matches the user's input is listed.
User chooses a category from the list or adds his own.
User clicks on 'Add Category' button. Input validation for empty or one character is done and then is added to the list.
User clicks on Save button and the category is associated with the corresponding app.

What happens when the user clicks "Add category"

Please write it like this:

• User decides to associated a category with their App.
• User clicks (list component)
• User then types (describe what they type, and where)

To test this ticket I installed app store on local machine.
Following features are working properly:

• Click on 'edit this page' button to associate category with app.
• On click of input html tag, all available categories was listed.
• On typing in input html tag , autocomplete feature shows available categories based on user input
• On clicking 'Add category' button , input validation for empty or single character is done properly.
• On clicking 'Save' the category gets associated with the app

Note : Clear cache/ test on Incognito mode to Test the feature if any issues arise.

Tested on https://dev-appstore-2.bioviz.org/. Followed the steps in the above comment.
Adding category, auto feature-complete while typing and not allowing for single/empty character as category works fine.
Moving the ticket to Done.
