Investigate and if practical move genoviz tutorials into their own bitbucket repo

          Description

          To start, investigate whether HTML links in Web pages under "resources" do not point to the library files in genoviz-sdk/genoviz_sdk

          Use a Web crawler to check that the links will still work even if the library is not in the same project.

          If that looks OK, then migrate the tutorials part of the project into a new bitbucket repository preserving all history.

          Create a simple barebones POM to get it to build.

                Thank you for noticing the links error.
                Please raise a new ticket for fixing the links mentioned above, but please note the error should be fixed in the new repository for tutorials/demos - https://bitbucket.org/lorainelab/genoviz-sdk-demos

                The repository build is working. This issue can now be closed.

                However, there are two links in the tutorial which are not working due to typos (existing issue). We can raise a separate Jira for the same.
                The links are the following:
                1. Data Adapters > ScoredAnnotAdapter
                2. Return to Index

                To test:

                • Clone the above repository
                • Confirm that it can build using the new POM configuration
