Left panel now has a fixed width, working correctly.
View in IGB and three dots in two separate columns, View in IGB column to left of three dot column.
Search bar moved to navbar, occupies larger area.
Name changed to BioViz Connect.
Create a logo moved to separate issue IGBF-2263
Last thing on list is to add padding to top of Home panel on left panel.
Issues navigating:
In user's home directory, click on left-panel community, url now shows I'm in searchDirectory, and then it throws an error.

"Permanent back button" requires more time to implement. So a separate issue has been created for it (
