      Description

We need to provide developers with good examples of how various IGB App hooks work. Specifically, we need to show people how to use "at" Component and "at" Reference annotations to add new menu item to IGB.

For this task, I'm going to migrate Geometric Mean Operator to using declarative services.

          To test:

          • Add repository "Downloads" folder as a new App repository in IGB
          • Install Geometric Mean Operator
          • Open a genome in IGB and install two or more graphs
          • Zoom in a bit and select the graphs using the Graph tab
          • Under multi-graph operators choose Geometric Mean Operator

You should see a new graph appear that shows the geometric mean of the selected graphs.
