Description
Need to update parameters when sending metadata to IGB when user clicks View in IGB in BioViz Connect.
1) server_url should always be set to cyverse
Note: It does not matter what server_url is set as, just that it is not empty. Setting it to cyverse follows the same convention as the Galaxy-IGB bridge.
2) If no genome is selected for a file, then version should be set to ?
Note: It does not matter what version is set as if no genome is associated with a file, as long as it is not empty. Setting it to ? follows the same convention as the Galaxy-IGB bridge.
