Add Nav image and footer

          Description

          Add the BioViz Connect image in the navbar and favicon.

          Add a footer with various links present in the BioViz footer, as well as a link back to BioViz.

                Spacing of footer is a little odd, but I'm not sure what would look better. I think we should also have a link back to BioViz.org somewhere in the footer, but that is up for discussion. Might be nice to have a BioViz logo.

                I like the look of the left panel and the logos.

                Two small things:
                1) Change link to bioviz to https
                2) Still seeing a white margin at bottom of page where footer would be. Can we expand the page to the full length?
