Fix page refresh returns user to root

          Description

          Situation: If a user is several directories in on BioViz Connect and clicks refresh in their browser, the cookie notice appears, and the user's root directory is loaded. When the user refreshes the page they should stay in the same directory.

          Task: Make it so that the user stays in the same directory when refreshing the page.
