Make opening bai file faster

          Description

          When I first open a "bai" file, there is a very long pause. There is a very noticeable delay between triggering the "file open" action and then seeing the new track appear.

          This is a problem because it makes the user wonder: Did I do the action correctly? It's important to have better feedback.

          However, when I open other types of files, such as BAM file, IGB creates the track almost immediately.

          For this task, improve the speed of the BAI file open action so that there is no longer such a noticeable delay.
