So seeing how users can click a blue or colorful question mark beside an area in IGB takes them to the corresponding help video or help page We need to know whether users go to the documentations or help page/videos and how well the documentations and help pages and videos help them when they do go to them What sort of testing techniques have you used to test new IGB features? **What software was used to track the user's information? **How were the users monitored? camera? physically? **Did they work alone or as a pair? **Was active intervention used? which is when the users are asked why they chose a certain action at the time of choosing it and what their understanding of it was at the time? Are there recordings of a previous usability test? What procedures were used in usability tests for IGB? The ultimate thing to remember: When you find a problem while testing, think of what lead to this problem in terms of development process and steps. "how" and "why".
