          Description

          Task: Add ability to create a new folder in BioViz Connect. Implementation idea would be to have a right-click/three dot menu option that would open a small box. The box would contain a blank text field, Cancel button, Create button. The user would enter the name of the new folder and then click Cancel or Create.

          Note: Keep special characters in mind for this issue - we may need to do some input sanitization.
