Remove App Store Wall of Apps and all references to it

          Description

          The "Wall of Apps" page is not useful currently because there are not very many apps. Also, the functionality seems mainly aimed at giving presenters a nice-looking slide. That is fine, but the overhead of maintaining this page and making it looks good is too costly.

          For this task, please remove the "Wall of Apps" from the code. Make sure there are no references to it anywhere.

          To test:

          • Visit every page in App Store and make sure there is no link to "Wall of Apps"
          • Also go through the App submission process workflow to ensure there are no links on the various pages in the workflow.

          Code review:

          • Inspect the code to ensure there are no references to "Wall of Apps." (Note: this will need to be done by a developer familiar with App Store and django.)
