Description

Situation: BioViz Connect has different settings for production and development. We currently set the variable IS_DEV_ENVIRONMENT = True for development or False for production.

Task: Add a variable to the BioViz Connect Ansible playbook yml file so that we can specify if the dev environment should be set to true/false.

I ran into an issue with the dev environment login. I have created ~~IGBF-2549~~ to address this issue. I will continue to test this (2521) issue once 2549 has been addressed.
