Description

As discussed during scrum Sep 3 2020, there are some new problems with App Store.

I was able to log in and submit an App, but when I logged out, I got a 500 error.

Chirag Chandrahas Shetty has noticed similar problems.

For this task, please investigate – what is causing the problem? Is it a configuration error or an error in the code?

Prof. [~aloraine] Just had a look at the error log for devappstore1, this seems to be a configuration issue.

*Error*

django.core.exceptions.DisallowedHost: Invalid HTTP_HOST header: '3.228.92.48:443'. You may need to add '3.228.92.48' to ALLOWED_HOSTS.

I would have to check what is going on and why it requires IP address rather than devappstore1.bioviz.org

Devappstore1 is now working.

Please do `git status` on the devappstore1 instance to check the changes I made to the repository.

Solution

Refactor all the instances where the template files are used rather than just doing the changes in views.py file to maintain the folder structure.
