          Description

          Whenever we deploy a new App Store, we need to be able to populate the curated categories with data.

          For this task, develop a system that reads a data file containing curated categories and then updates the database with the new categories.

          Update specs:

          • Curated categories present in the database that are not present in the update file should be deleted.
          • Curated categories that are new should be added.
          • Likewise, any differences in category relationships should be updated.

          The update system needs to be connected to the manage.py script somehow so that when we run migrations, the categories will be updated in the database.
