Description
For this task, please write the next draft of the Genome Dashboard paper.
The first draft is attached.
Please expand section 2 to talk more about the interesting technical aspects of how it works.
It needs:
- More description of how the REST endpoint communication works
- More description of how the application stays current with the released version of IGB (live updates using bitbucket)
- Mention of the bioviz-playbooks that allow integration with the bioviz site (e.g., sharing the same menu bar)
