              When SVG type is selected and we try to get the whole frame setting of IGB, we get the following message.
              Unfortunately, IGB Windows users cannot save an SVG image in the Whole Frame setting. Please select another option to save an SVG image.

              Tested IGB on windows platform by following wiki doc and everything was working as expected. Apart from the above point.
