Sai Supreeth Segu I am confused on which checkboxes you mean. I selected all of the windows ones that fulfilled the criteria. The only one I didn't was the one I was referring to in my comment above.
I added a comment to Issue IGBF-2633 that was missing before
I got it. The link provided in the ticket is for the search subsystem. You need to test the Soft-Clipping Subsystem. Sorry for the confusion. I have updated the link. Please continue testing using this link.

Testing on Soft Clipping Subsystems complete - All RegEx functions returned a result in search.
One small issue ran into was the step below returning the GSDMDGSDMD gene instead of the DMD:
Select "DMD" from the Quick-search drop-down to navigate to the longest known gene in the human genome, the dystrophin gene (DMD).
Verify that IGB has navigated to the proper gene (dystrophin) by viewing the selection info for the gene. The gene's title should be "DMD".
