          Description

          Searching generates an error.

          To reproduce the bug:

          • Go to a deployed app store (e.g., https://devappstore5.bioviz.org)
          • Enter search term (e.g., "bioinformatics")
          • Type ENTER to run the search
          • Observe there is an internal server error generated
