Update testing documentation to include alert message when capturing whole frame image in SVG file format on windows

          Description

          When exporting a whole frame in SVG format, a pop window appears with message "Unfortunately, IGB Windows users cannot save an SVG image in the Whole Frame setting. Please select another option to save an SVG image". This message only appears in 9.1.6. In 9.1.4 a blank SVG file is created without any alert message.

          This is the expected behavior on Windows, but we need to update the testing documentation. See linked issue for location of testing documentation.
