Fix spacing between app heading legend and tiles

          Description

          When users check the radio buttons in the left side panel of the appstore home page, a box containing explanatory text appears above the app tiles.

          There is a little bit of vertical whitespace between the box and the tiles below it. The size of the whitespace is very small, much smaller than the whitespace separating the tiles from each other. It looks a bit weird and it would be nicer if it were the same width as the whitespace separating app tiles.
