Everything is working fine except Developer's Guide link and also on App page there is less space between all the links in the Resources Section so sometimes it create problems for users.

Sorry, I ought to have been more clear. Actually, you do not need to document any of the links in the header or in the "RESOURCES" section of an App page. Basically, any links that a user would add or which get imported from external codebase (as with the header) do not need to be listed.

Do please check the submit app pages, including the error page that gets displayed if a developer tries to upload an incorrect file.
