          Description

          Write a guide explaining to developers how to develop and modify App Store.

          • Explain how to set up a development environment for App Store on Windows
          • Using notes from the video (see linked issue) and your own knowledge, give an overview of the code and how it all works.
          • Assume that the developers reading the guide have about your same level of knowledge, but little experience with Django. You can assume they know python3

          For testing the documentation:

          • A test should be able to follow the instructions to set up their development environment and make a change to the code
