          Description

          This ticket covers the implementation of the quick load link generator Django app. This app will build upon the user-facing form and will serve three main goals:

          • validating user input (if the URL entered is a valid trackhub link before it is parsed in the converter app.)
          • generating a (potentially shortened) quickload link that can be entered in IGB.
          • Returning said link to the user as well as sending it to the converter app.
