Implement first draft HTML UI onto return page

          Description

          Take the page where the user is given their new trackhub link and revamp it to the style that the current page is in (IGBF-2873).

          • Center the URL since it will likely be rather large.
          • Add a link to the user's guide page onto how to add their quickload link to their data sources panel (or give them instructions on the same page)
          • Add a copy to clipboard button next to the URL.

                See attached screenshot for how the HTML/CSS is set up for the return page now. It is very barebones at the moment, however, this will all change for the second draft.

                I think this would potentially be a good starting ticket for Philip Badzuh. The commit for this can be found here:

                As we make the new ticket for the second draft, this will work as the springboard point.
