Implement: Double-clicking a file name opens the right-panel meta data display

          Description

          I often have trouble remembering that in order to open the right-panel display for a file, I have to right-click a file name to open a context menu and then select one of the options shown.

          I often find myself double-clicking the file name instead, which does nothing.

          I think it would be awesome if I could double-click a file and the right pane display would appear, showing the meta-data for the file. It also makes writing about and teaching people about the interface a lot easier because it's a simpler interaction.

          Can this be implemented this sprint?
