            I have attempted to keep this testing relatively simple. The tester is tasked with going to the eFP-Seq browser and clicking the Alignments in IGB button. While we could just use a link from bioviz.org/bar.html, we don't regularly test the eFP-Seq browser so this may help us identify if there is something wrong with the connection between eFP-Seq and bioviz.org.

            • The A_thaliana_Jun_2009 genome automatically opened in IGB.
            • The SRR548277 Aerial part of 4-week-old plant file is added as a new track.
            • The IGB coordinates are Chr1:2,256,883-2,260,687
            • The data for SRR548277 Aerial part of 4-week-old plant load automatically.
            • The SRR10060893 - Watered control foreground (FG) color is green (check the Data Management Table).
            • There are no warnings or errors in the IGB Log.

            Please check snapshots 1 and 2.
