Update jira links

          Description

          We recently migrated jira to jira.bioviz.org, but we have not yet updated all the links on BioViz.org main site.

          For this task, clone a copy of the Web site from the repository and update all the links.

          Also, update other locations as required, such as the google forums or others.

                All the links are pointing to bioviz.org. Jira dashboard is pointing to https://jira.bioviz.org/, Appstore is pointing to https://apps.bioviz.org/, bioviz connect is pointing https://connect.bioviz.org/

                The Jira link referencing IGB JIRA board in bioviztest.bioviz.org is showing jira.bioviz.org and not wiki.transvar.org. Please check the attached screenshot.

                I have made the changes to replace jira.transvar.org with jira.bioviz.org and to remove links to wiki.transvar.org. I kept these in two separate commits as the changes to remove the links to wiki.transvar.org may need to be reverted and then changed to wiki.bioviz.org when migration is complete.
