Ann Loraine - Paper looks really good, I think the edits do a great job of addressing the reviewers questions.
My only question/thought was why the ProtAnnot paper was not cited?
My only edits were to change the capitalization on one of the mentions of "app" as well as "JavaScript".
Loraine to add reference to ProtAnnot and fix typo. Submit today or Thursday if able.
