Configure user accounts for confluence

          Description

          Now that we have re-deployed confluence to a new host, we need to set up the user accounts to use Jira, as the old system did.

          For this task, set up user accounts for:

          • Nowlan Freese
          • Omkar Marne
          • Karthik Raveendran
          • Philip Badzuh

          To test, one of the above can attempt to log in.
