      Description

When the quickload-derived trackhub (IGBF-3066) is displayed in the UCSC genome browser, all files are displayed all together under "other". Can they be grouped by folder instead?

Step 5 of the guide here shows that a groups file may be specified to define group labels to which tracks can be assigned. These are defined at the genome level and will show up in the same sections in the UCSC genome browser.

An example of how groups can be used can be seen in the GCF_000699105.1 assembly of the Bird assemblies hub, which defines the groups in a groups.txt file, specifies the previous file in the genomes.txt file, and uses the group labels in the trackdb.txt file.
