- SRP accession (SRA project)

- Genotype
- Plant Part (tissue type)
- Treatment (type of control or temperature of treatment or ...)
- Duration of treatment, e.g., time point
- Some type of code to signal replicate samples, e.g., "a" for one group, "b" for another
